The new 1/8th Stubs is designed for blue groove or high grip type track conditions and utilizes a mini-pin type tread design for the maximum amount of grip without allowing the pins to fold over. The new 1/8 Stubs also incorporates a larger center pin design for improved forward bite with a slightly domed carcass profile to reduce the tendency for the car to catch edges and roll as is common in blue groove type situations.
Werks 1/8th scale tires ship complete with molded foam insert for the utmost in consistency. Developed specifically for competition utilizing Werks Racings proprietary high grip, low wear rubber compounds for maximum grip and longevity. As an added bonus all Werks tires are manufactured without the use of mold release agents. Eliminating the need to use solvents or scuff the tire bead which results in a hassle free and strong glue bond. Simply take them out of the pack and glue them!
