As all of our updates indicate, it is raining. The race is basically over. Here are the highs and lows I noticed.
High: fun track layout.
Low: the track is currently under water.
High: the locals have been very friendly
Low: the locals are currently cursing under their breath
High: I got a fast run (top 5 I think?) in my first 4wd SC qualifier
Low: I traveled over 2000 miles to run a single qualifier
High: I’m flying home to sunny California today
Low: there’s this weather occurrence called a “hurricane” that may prevent me from leaving.
High: the Tekin Pro4 rocked
Low: Can’t use it in 2ft of standing water
High: the Pro-Line tires I ran were great in qualifier #1
Low: Pro-Line doesn’t make a tire that doubles as a hovercraft cushion
Ok time to go…I have a flight to make!
