Team Associated/GRP’s Ryan Maifield was the first big winner of the night at the Silver State Nitro Challenge by taking the truggy class with a Kyosho STR-R. In the buggy class it was Losi/GRP’s Mike Truhe who won both motos to claim the overall with his Losi 8IGHT. Instead of one 45-minute main event there were 2 25-minute A-main events for each class to determine the winner. Click here for the online race coverage.
