Mark Liersch’s list of upgrades reads like a wish-list for anyone into trail and scale. He beefed up the driveline with Rave G5 machined axles and a RC4WD 2-speed transmission. Big-time torque comes courtesy of RC4WD too in the form of a 45-turn motor controlled through an Axial AE5 speed controller on 2S Lipos. A Spektrum DX4S radio sends steering inputs to a waterproofed XP DS1050 digital servo. Mark custom fabricated the suspension and steering links for the 3-link and Panhard bar front end. The truck rolls on Pro-Line Racing 1.9 Super Swamper TSL LX tires mounted on Gearhead RC 1.9 Vegas bead-lock rims. It has 28 LEDs facing forward, 14 underneath, lit gauges in the dash, and too many other scale touches to list.
