Service Alert: Coronavirus Impact on King Cobra of Florida

First and foremost, our hearts go out to those who may be affected by the Coronavirus and their families, and we pray for a swift recovery for them, our nation, and the entire world.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19/Corona virus on our local community here in Pensacola, FL and every community across the nation, we ask you to expect slight delays in our normal high-levels of service for the foreseeable future.

Effective March 17, 2020, we will not be able to guarantee same day shipping or processing. Additionally, our Customer Service and Product Support teams are anticipating increased order processing times, hold times and delayed phone call backs. Our service department is also experiencing delays in vehicle or equipment service.

We are striving to minimize the impact to you, our customers, as we continue to service your needs throughout the emergency. We will continue to update you as the situation evolves. We appreciate your understanding and support during these uncertain times.
